On-hand Units: 1-3 days
Pre-order Units and Holidays: 14-20 days

For on-hand wigs that are available at the store, if an order is placed before 1:00 PM EST, it can be processed within 24 hours and can do same-day delivery.

• The description explains exactly what you are purchasing. 
• The wig you purchase comes already customized, light plucking and knots are bleached. 

• After you place your order you will receive an email from REAL ID to verify your ID. Please upload a VALID state ID and a clear photo of yourself. 
• CHECK YOUR SPAM IF YOU DON’T RECEIVE IT. Also email us immediately if you don’t receive it at all. 
• Failure to complete will cause DELAYS in the processing of your order. 
• Failure to do it INCORRECTLY will result in a re-processing fee of $25 as the instructions are displayed in steps when you open it.
